I am truly impressed by your high standard of repairs which are barely visible to the oblivious eye! Your creative approach is also second to none! Since my unfortunate accident nearly 3 years ago, these items became surplus to my requirements when I bought replacement ones but I have now changed my mind not to sell them as used. I now intend to wear them for daily commuting!

Shortly after we spoke the courier delivered my repaired jacket. I am absolutely delighted with the repair and am so relieved that my lovely jacket is now back to its original condition. Your firm has done the work beautifully and the slight difference in the shading of the material is not at all noticeable. Thank you for taking such trouble in the repair. The attention to detail and the skill of the work done is first-rate. I appreciate all the efforts you have made to do the repair in the best possible way.

I will now repeat what I said to you on the telephone today. All the telephone calls I have made to Tundra have been dealt with in a very efficient and friendly way by you and by your staff. It has been a real pleasure doing business with you. I have just returned from our final camping trip of the year, the first since you carried out the repair to the tent and I would like to convey our satisfaction to you.

When I damaged my brand new tent I was certain it was several hundred pounds ruined, I couldn't have been further from the truth. The repair you carried out is invisable and even the pieces you had to replace completely, match the tent perfectly. I am overwhelmed with the result, it's much better than I would have thought possible.

In addition, from the first phonecall to you it was a great experience, you dealt with it quickly and professionally and even managed to repair it in time for my upcomming holiday even though it was only a week or so away.

My repaired jacket arrived this morning and I’ve given it a short inspection. You didn’t know that I was a factory manager for part of the Austin Reed manufacturing group many years ago and so I have been used to the construction of very high quality clothing over a number of years.

Your repairs are excellent and I congratulate you on them. Sometimes many tedious operations go into making a good repair job, especially removing all the previous threads etc. and reconstructing the garment. That these operations have been completed very successfully is a huge credit to your organisation and its technical expertise. You’ve also done that little bit extra which I fully appreciate.

Further, you’ve also returned it so that I can use the jacket when I visit the Lakes next week.

Thanks also to Carol and the staff at Lockwoods for overseeing the process and keeping me informed and of course to Berghaus for their positive reaction and direction.
